Class A CDL, verifiable driving experience, clean MVR, pass DOT drug screen.

• Starting Pay – Minimum $0.50 per mile, maximum $0.60 per mile, based on experience and safety record.

Pay Packages:

• Basic CPM: $0.56 starting, $0.58 (6 mo), $0.60 (12 mo), $0.62 (24 mo).
• No‑frills CPM: $0.66, $0.68, $0.70, $0.72.

• Hourly bonuses: $25 per stop, $20 per hour detention after 1 hour, $150 nightly layover, $150 holiday pay (list of holidays), $100 weekend delivery bonus.
• Longevity & safety quarterly bonuses ($0.02 and $0.03 CPM).

• Valid Class A CDL, 2‑year old, minimum 1 year flatbed experience.
• Experience leading truck operation and packaging.
• No recent violations.

• Transport finished goods and raw materials.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet schedules.
• Document work/rest periods and use ELOG.
• Comply with rules and company procedures.
• Load and unload operations.
• Verify delivery instructions.
• Report defective or hazardous incidents.

What You're Doing:

• Safely operate CDL trucks and other equipment.
• Transport agronomy products between branches.
• Load, unload, and operate forklifts and skid loaders.
• Assist with general maintenance and keep facility clean.

What We're Looking For:

• Agriculture or farming experience, strong plus.
• Valid Class A or B CDL (hazmat endorsement preferred).
• Comfortable with manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience with forklifts or skid loaders.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and organization.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 60+ lbs.
• Sitting, bending, reaching, working outdoors.
• Pass pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
