Bus Drivers CDL P or F Endorsement

Driver Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License Class D with F endorsement or P (Passenger) endorsement
• Must have a clean driving record
• Pass a DOT Physical and prepaid substance abuse screening
• Successfully complete paid training program
• Applicants must be at least 25 years old
• Previous passenger experience is required
• Subject to random substance abuse screening
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Drivers will be expected to consistently arrive on time with a professional appearance.
• Safety is critical and the most important aspect of transporting passengers. All drivers must operate vehicles with a safety mindset using defensive driving skills.
• This includes but is not limited to thorough documented vehicle pre and post trip inspections.
• Adhering to all safety protocols such as reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
• Drivers will not operate an unsafe vehicle at any time.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all traffic rules and regulations when operating a motor vehicle.
• Complete training program which includes aspects such as road safety, vehicle operations, pre & post trips and other compliance protocols.
• Drivers will be required to keep the interior of vehicle clean with a professional appearance.
• All other duties or aspects will be covered during training that adhere to company guidelines.

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 1 year (Required)
• Transporting passengers: 1 year (Required)
