• CDL‑A license, 2+ years experience
• 1–2 years coast‑to‑coast long‑haul experience
• Experience with flatbed, step deck, or double drop freight
• Strong freight securement and tarping skills (all‑weather)
• Clean MVR with no OWIs in the past 5 years
• Strong math, problem‑solving, communication skills
• Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about craft

As part of our elite OTR team, you'll haul open‑deck freight nationwide using the TSS model. You'll plan, load, secure, and deliver with precision, manage freight, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety every mile.

We provide paid orientation at our Wisconsin terminal—including travel expenses and pay while you learn. Once ready, you'll have the support and training to succeed.
