Are you ready to elevate your logistics career? Join our team as a Reach 1 Operator and become a key player in our dynamic warehouse operations. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our inventory management, ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do:

* Safely operate powered hand trucks, standard forklifts, cherry pickers, and advanced PIT equipment to move, pick, and organize products.

* Receive and verify incoming shipments while ensuring proper storage.

* Distribute materials according to customer specifications and company standards, including ISO 9001 requirements where applicable.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and operational standards.

* Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience operating powered hand trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and other PIT equipment.

* Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Reliable with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

* Valid certification/license to operate forklift and PIT equipment is a plus.
