CDL A Flatbed Drivers Securement Training

CDL A Flatbed Drivers $1450‑$1600+/WK Securement Training Offered (Full Time)

Full‑time Class A drivers are sought for OTR flatbed routes. Drivers will return home every weekend, average $1400‑$1600/WK, and receive full benefits. Riders and pets are welcome at no cost.

• Both experienced drivers and flatbed trainees begin at 27% of the load and average $1450‑$1600/WK. Most routes run through five states near the driver’s domicile.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday (and Saturday) with a minimum of 34 hours of rest per week.
• Full benefits start the first of the month after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
• Riders and pets are welcome from day one, provided you have completed training.
• Experienced drivers with five or fewer jobs in the last 3 years earn a $5,000 bonus—$1,500 after the first load dropped, $1,500 at 180 days, and $2,000 at one year.
• Trucks are no more than three years old, assigned to the driver, and include Cascade and T680 models (all automatic). Trucks may be taken home.

• Experienced flatbed driver qualification
  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience on any trailer 48’ or longer, with at least 6 months in the last 3 years of Class A regional or OTR flatbed experience.
  • Or nine months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional flatbed experience in the last 3 years.
• Flatbed training qualification – one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than six Class A driving jobs in the last 3 years.
• No more than three moving violations in the last 3 years; if a major violation occurred, no other violations may be present.
• May have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the last year, provided there was no fatality or injury.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for safety reasons.
• No felonies in the last 7 years and no pending criminal charges.
• No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
