Position Overview
As a Transportation Associate, you will manage transportation operations, drive community vehicles, and assist residents with appointments and errands. You will help residents maintain their independence and well‑being, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive community vehicles by safely transporting residents, staff, and running errands while adhering to all regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain vehicles by following scheduled maintenance calendars and Trilogy’s policies to keep them in excellent working condition.
- Track and report mileage logs accurately and immediately report any incidents, accidents, or malfunctions to your supervisor.
- Coordinate schedules with your supervisor to manage transportation schedules and ensure residents’ appointments and transportation needs are met.
- Assist residents with appointments, accompanying them to doctor visits and staying with them until they return to campus to ensure comfort and safety.
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Valid, unencumbered driver’s license required with ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Search.
- Must possess and maintain the certifications required for transporting residents safely in compliance with state regulations.
- Minimum age requirement of 25 due to insurance purposes.
