Company has been in business since 1965 providing delicious beverages across the world. Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Local Truck Driver CDL A Transport to work in Indianapolis, IN.

Compensation
- Average annual salary $65,000 to $100,000+ per year which includes:

• Activity-based pay (miles, stops, etc.).
• Approximately 2500 miles per week.
• Work 50-60 hours per week.
• Weekly paychecks.

• Home Daily, no overnights
• Wednesday-Sunday
• Start time vary, typically between 5:00pm-11:00pm Work until work is completed.
• Work schedules are known 8-18 hours in advance.
• Deliveries typically within a 275 mile radius.
• Make 2-20 stops per day;
  Routes may cover surrounding states (must be Interstate endorsed).
• Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs.

• Route delivery, no touch freight.
• Drive CDL A day cabs with 53' trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
• Backing 53' dry vans into loading docks and/or trucking operation yards in tight spaces, operating landing gear, etc.
• Secure pallets in trailers using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.
• Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
• Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
• Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
• Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including local, multiple-stop deliveries, drops, etc.
• Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
• Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
• Be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with no assistance.
