You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Monitor and track operational metrics, identifying potential issues or deviations and escalating as necessary.
- Provide first-line support for operational inquiries, requests, and incidents from internal teams and external partners.
- Document and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, IT) to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support operational decision-making.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new operational tools, systems, and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as required by operational leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an operations support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in Chinese, and English/German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work experience in e-commerce or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with operational software or systems (e.g., WMS, CRM) is a plus.
