Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers who can handle a flexible schedule and support daily store operations.

• Operate delivery vehicles and ensure safe driving.
• Navigate the designated delivery area, including locating multi‑story building addresses.
• Use company electric vehicles for most deliveries.
• Operate kitchen equipment and prepare products when required.
• Stock ingredients, manage inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Maintain a clean facility and equipment daily.
• Communicate verbally and written with customers and coworkers.
• Enter orders accurately via computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including stairs and private homes, while carrying product.
• Complete documentation and security checks for each shift.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle (company vehicle used most of the time).
• Knowledge of navigation (maps, GPS) within the delivery area.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math skills to calculate change and totals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry products for delivery.

• Standing
  :
  Most tasks performed from a standing position at heights between 36" and 48".
• Walking
  :
  Travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Lifting
  :
  Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds (dimensions up to 3' x 1.5').
• Carrying
  :
  Large cans (≈3 lb), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), and trays of dough (≈12 lb per tray) over short distances.
• Pushing/Pulling
  :
  Move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.
• Climbing
  :
  Navigate stairs or ladders to change prices, perform maintenance, or during delivery (up to five flights).
• Forward Bending
  :
  At assembly station, front counter, and stocking areas; repeated for 30–45 seconds per occurrence.
• Crouching/Squatting
  :
  Occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching
  :
  Up, down, and forward reach up to 72” to operate equipment and manage supplies.
• Driving
  :
  Deliver pizzas within the designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.

• Pencil/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment.
• Pizza cutter, pizza peel, and other kitchen tools.

Delivery drivers may advance to management, franchise ownership, or corporate operations positions.
