Regional Truck Driver
Earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with top drivers making $2,200+ weekly, plus receive a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Enjoy being home 3–4 times per week, typically every other day for your 10-hour break, while running a dedicated regional route.
Position Highlights:
- Average weekly earnings: $1,600–$1,800 ($80,000–$115,000+ annually)
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Home 3–4 times per week
- Dedicated account
- 100% Touch Freight – Driver unload (box-by-box using rollers)
- Deliveries throughout IN, MI, IL, OH & WI
- Average 1,110 miles per week
- Paid training: 1-week ride-along at $150/day
Pay, Benefits & Requirements:
- Experience-based pay: $0.80–$0.86 CPM
- Additional pay: $325 per unload and $30 per backhaul
- Paid vacation with increasing time off based on years of service
- 24/7 on-site support team
- Early morning deliveries with night driving, 3–5 stops per route, including weekends and holidays when scheduled
- Must be comfortable with physically demanding touch-freight unloading and working in various weather conditions
- Secure truck and trailer parking is required during home time (no parking at stores, Walmart, or other unsecured locations)
