Dispatcher
Martin Transportation Systems is seeking a highly qualified Dispatcher for our Indianapolis location. The selected dispatcher will dispatch and manage CDL-A drivers on dedicated, “JIT", round trip loads while safely meeting revenue & mileage goals for drivers and equipment. Candidates need to possess excellent communications and computer skills (satellite tracking & TMW dispatch software), be multi-task oriented, and enjoy a fast paced work environment.

Shift& Hours
- Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday thru Friday
- Hours:
11pm - 7am
- Great customer service skills; drivers are our #1 customer
- Previous dispatching experience, or closely related experience in the transportation industry
- Willingness to work extra hours when needed
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent computer skills. Experience with transportation industry technology such as TMW and Samsara preferred
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
