zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Routing Dispatcher to support our transportation operations and help ensure efficient, on‑time service throughout our network. In this role, you will coordinate driver assignments, optimize route coverage, monitor active trips, and serve as a vital link between drivers, customers, and the operations team.

As a Routing Dispatcher , you will:

• Assign and route drivers based on trip demand, geographic coverage, availability, and scheduling requirements
• Monitor trips in real time and proactively address delays, route adjustments, and service interruptions
• Communicate routing updates, dispatch instructions, and operational information to drivers
• Work closely with customers to assist with ride requests, service inquiries, and transportation concerns
• Ensure route efficiency while maintaining high service standards and on‑time performance
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip logs, and operational reports
• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to improve service delivery and overall efficiency

• Previous experience in dispatching, routing, transportation, logistics, fleet coordination, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to think quickly and make informed decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with dispatching, routing, or scheduling software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
