Salary: $26.75 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in mobile trailer maintenance (DOT annual inspections & air brakes required)
• Reefer experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently from a service van with limited resources; all work is outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
• Obtain toolbox and required tools
• Must be able to travel for the first 2 weeks for training
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

• Preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on trailers and reefer units
• Repair trailers based on PM findings & driver write-ups, including roll-up door repair, lighting, brake systems, etc.
• Diagnose electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs
• Change tires as needed on trucks and trailers per customer requirements
• Run service calls within the Indy Metro area as needed
• Maintain clean & organized service truck, schedule routine maintenance, & make repairs as necessary
• Create work orders, charge out inventory parts, & order parts when needed
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
