• Base salary of $150,000 per year, plus generous per flight hour and performance incentives
• Variable compensation based on aircraft assignment and experience.
• This position is classified as FLSA Exempt.

The Captain at Jet Access holds command authority across a diverse fleet of managed and charter aircraft, setting the standard for safety, airmanship, and client experience on every flight. Serving as the senior crew member on each assignment, the Captain exercises operational control, leads the flight crew, and represents the Jet Access brand at the highest level of professionalism. This role carries both the privilege of command and the responsibility to develop the next generation of Jet Access aviators.

• Set the tone for every flight assignment by modeling the safety culture, professionalism, and service standards that define Jet Access operations
• Provide active mentorship and in‑flight guidance to assigned First Officers, supporting their development as aviators and as Jet Access professionals
• Deliver honest, constructive feedback to First Officers following flights, recognizing strengths and identifying areas for continued growth
• Foster a crew environment built on open communication, mutual respect, and shared accountability for safety and mission success
• Communicate observations about First Officer performance and development to the Chief Pilot to support informed decisions about crew progression

• Conduct aircraft operations in full accordance with the Flight Operations Manual, applicable FARs, and all Jet Access company policies
• Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations, making final go or no‑go decisions with safety as the non‑negotiable priority
• Maintain current proficiency and currency as the required crew member in command on all assigned aircraft types
• Lead pre‑flight planning, weather analysis, NOTAMs review, and all flight preparation activities for the assigned crew
