Ramp Agent

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure.
• Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft.
• Safely drive and operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders and tugs to pick up and deliver cargo between the terminal, warehouse, and aircraft.
• Perform ground service functions such as connecting and removing ground power and start units and water service.
• Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking and related guide‑man functions.
• Maintain a secure work environment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Valid driver’s license, must be maintained throughout employment.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and flight crews.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
• Fluently read, write, and speak the English language.
