Pay:

- Dry Van: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience)

- Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000

- Up to a $0.05/mile safety/performance bonus

You are home daily with this local dedicated driving position. This position operates in the Fort Wayne IN area.

The hourly pay is $28 per hour plus OT while enjoying being home every day. Drivers would pick up freight and deliver to customers.

Our Coldwater Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for OTR Egg Delivery to join our Central Egg Processing (CEP) team in Coldwater.

$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

SHIFT

HOURS:

Vary upon travel schedule. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP. This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and once throughout the week!

COMPENSATION: Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6505 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 minimum per border crossing and more. As reference, our OTR drivers averaged an income between $82,000-$91,000 in 2025, not including profit-sharing bonuses.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job functions include:

• Safely transporting eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to all biosecurity practices
• Properly disinfecting tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
• Completing daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork
• Complying with e-log regulations

• Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
• Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
