Job Summary

We are seeking a professional driver responsible for linehaul and regional deliveries, primarily within the surrounding areas, with most trips returning home daily. The role involves transporting shipments safely and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and handling of climate-controlled goods while adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Complete terminal-to-terminal linehaul runs, including round trips within regional zones.
• Perform overnight trips to locations such as PA, MA, Miami, St. Louis, Memphis, Atlanta, and New Jersey, with paid mileage, detention, and overnight pay.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery, represent the company professionally, and maintain safety and performance standards.
• Understand and manage shipment documentation and handle climate-controlled shipments appropriately.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid CDL and DOT Physical.
• Minimum six months of verifiable Class A experience; truck school/training does not qualify.
• Hazmat endorsement required and must live within 50 miles of Plainfield, IN.
• Ability to work independently, with strong safety awareness and professionalism.

• Weekly pay ranging from $1400 to $1800, with additional pay for detention, stops, and overnight runs.
• Bonuses include a $150.00 sixth-day bonus and a $1000 performance bonus after six months, contingent on safety and performance.
