CDL Class A Driver – Local Routes

Full-time, year-round, permanent position | Indianapolis, IN territory

Aetna Building Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-driven CDL Class A Driver to join our operations team. This is a local driving position
, meaning you’ll be home every night, weekend, and holiday – no long‑haul routes or overnights.

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
• Deliver building materials to customer locations across the local service area
• Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and secure loads properly
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer confirmations
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Support warehouse operations as needed

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean driving record meeting DOT requirements
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• 2+ years of experience with flatbed, curtain‑side, or similar equipment
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to safety, reliability, and time management
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team
• Must pass a background check, physical assessment, and drug test

• $2000 Sign-On Bonus
• Starting pay: $27+/hour (based on skills and experience)
