Ionia Michigan Fleet Expansion - Shuttle/Regional Drivers will operate and dispatch out of our new Ionia South Location and will operate Regionally to locations within a 300 mile radius of Ionia. Drivers using Leased new tractors through Penske. All drivers home daily using Day Cab tractors.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily Pre and Post Trip Inspections, Load Verification, Load Securement, if needed, safe operation of the tractor and trailer in daily function and use, Customer Service, Communications with Management on a Daily basis.
- Transport of Goods from one facility to another in a timely and safe manner.
- Keeping Clean and Presentable Equipment.
Presenting Write ups for Tractor and or Trailer Maintenance needs as and when needed. Must be able to use Electronic Logging device (ELD).
