• Full-Time Driver
• 2 years CDL driving experience
• 4 PM start time
• 10-12 hour shifts
• Required to work 1 Saturday a month (additional Saturdays available)

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve- on time, every time.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew- teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.
• Own your truck: take care of it like it’s yours- clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal and safe- DOT compliance and safety first, always.
• Check loads, secure them, double-check them - last line before product hits the customer.
• Live the culture: bring good energy to work every day. No egos. No drama.
• Help build a team that supports each other, trusts each other, and has each other’s backs.
• Speak up when something’s off. Fix it when you can. Ask for help when you need it.

• Valid CDL (Class
  
  A) and a safe driving record.
• 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work - you don’t need someone chasing you down-you show up and own it.
• Comfortable with on-call expectations - hustle when needed.
