Position Details

Schedule: Rotating

Schedule:

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Additional Requirement: On‑call component 24/7
Location: Downtown Indianapolis

• Pull orders accurately
• Check expiration dates with strong attention to detail
• Apply correct information and labeling to orders
• Box and package orders efficiently and appropriately
• Collaborate closely with the Receiving Team and Confirmation Team
• Participate in fulfillment requisitions, inventory management, and receiving
• Operate robotic picking systems and conveyor automation safely
• Receive inbound freight with precision and stage materials efficiently
• Document all receiving activity in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including PO and non‑PO items
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move materials
• Load outbound trailers safely to meet daily deadlines
• Handle confidential documentation as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and walk for extended periods
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, bend, squat, and reach
• Ability to lift:
  • Up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Up to 20 lbs from waist to head
  • Carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to push or pull manual pallet jacks exceeding 800 lbs
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime during high-volume periods
• May require participation in on‑call rotations, weekend coverage, and driving a company vehicle

• Experience operating motorized material‑handling equipment
• Material Handling Certification
