We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Indianapolis, IN warehouse. This position will support daily warehouse operations in a small warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all tasks. This individual will handle inventory movement, order fulfillment, and material handling. The ideal candidate will be technology savvy, proven ability to improve processes, take initiative, identify operational gaps, and actively contribute to creating better workflows for the team.
This position requires direct employment. We do not consider C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or 1099 contract arrangements.
Job Responsibilities- Receive, store, and organize inventory in a small warehouse setting.
- Prepare orders for shipment with high level of accuracy.
- Operate a standing forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Handle inventory transactions, process orders, and maintain accurate data within Net Suite ERP System.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process issues and recommend improvements.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, small‑team environment, responsibilities are varied and processes may require direct ownership and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working in a small warehouse setting required (this role is not structured for large-scale or high‑volume distribution centers)
- Proficiency with Net Suite or another ERP system;
Microsoft Office Suite - Technologically savvy with experience in various software, systems, and digital workflows
- Proven ability to identify process issues and improve or rebuild workflows.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly.
- Experience operating a standing forklift and pallet jack.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
