Position Overview

The Fulfillment Specialist role is responsible for managing the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from receipt through delivery. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operational functions, including order coordination, inventory support, and shipping logistics, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing orders, verifying product availability, and coordinating timely shipment of materials. This includes working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

The role involves reviewing order details, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with warehouse personnel to support picking, packing, and shipping activities. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in order execution and inventory tracking.

This position also supports issue resolution related to orders, including discrepancies, damaged items, and returns. The individual will assist in maintaining organized inventory records and contribute to improving fulfillment and operational processes.

Additional responsibilities include supporting shipping and receiving functions as needed and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a structured environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow processes consistently are essential.
