The person hired for the position of SHIPPING & RECEIVER I will work at our 3M Indianapolis, Indiana plant site. Here, you will make an impact by:

Operate powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks Move material using pallet jacks Receive incoming goods Ship outgoing product Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher. Minimum three (3) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to pass company provided Forklift Training and retain issued forklift license.

Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Basic computer knowledge 6 months to 1 year of operating material handling equipment, including sit down forklifts. Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process. (MESP ASSESSMENT) Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application to be eligible for employment with 3M.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.12. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
