This Role Matters
  • Be the link between production and the customer by preparing accurate, on-time shipments.
  • Keep our warehouse humming by flexing across Pick/Pack, Dock, International, and UPS/Fed‑EX stations.
  • Protect product integrity through careful staging, counting, labeling, and compliance with standards.
Your Core Responsibilities
  • Stage and sort products for trailer load/unload.
  • Pick, pull, and prep orders with strong organization.
  • Backfill as needed across all shipping stations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Pull the manual dock chain correctly and safely.
  • Shrink wrap, box, and label materials; move inventory within the warehouse.
  • Use NAV with an RF scanner to process transactions accurately.
  • Operate forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, RF scanner, computers, and printers.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock; palletize/shelve or send to packing/shipping.
  • Weigh or count items to meet company distribution standards.
  • Conduct cycle counts.
  • Assist with show coordination and sample preparation.
  • Support product and shipment labeling.
  • Complete other tasks/projects assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required);
    Forklift Certification (preferred).
  • Able to regularly lift/move 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Comfort reading tickets and processing work instructions.
  • Basic MS Office capability (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Safe forklift operation; tolerant of hot and cold environments.
Work Conditions
  • Full‑time, Monday–Thursday, 40+ hours; occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
  • No travel required.
  • Extended standing; frequent walking, reaching, handling.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing/balancing, stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling.
  • Frequent lifting/moving of 50+ lbs.; vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus.
Preferred Proficiencies
  • Continuous Improvement, Kaizen
  • Quality Control, SOP adherence, Visual Inspection Aids
  • Shipping/Receiving;
    Warehouse, Distribution, and Material Handling experience
  • Forklift Licensed;
    Meets Physical Requirements;
    High School/GED
  • Basic Computer Skills
