Warehouse Cycle Counter 1st Shift

Position

Inventory Cycle Counter – Whitestown, Indiana. Weekly pay, excellent benefits.

• Hourly Pay: $20.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $30.75 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  1st Shift Wed – Sat 6:00 am‑4:00 pm

• Computer and RF scanner, Order Picker

• Warehouse positions paid each week

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License, certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Some positions require additional screening including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or background requirements of the customer.

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
