Step Up. Run the Floor:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience required
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software preferred
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Lead and support daily CPU/warehouse office operations
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments
- Monitor inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system errors
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, leads, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Generate reports on inventory, productivity, shipping, and receiving activity
- Train and support team members on warehouse systems and procedures
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits
- Prioritize workload and delegate tasks to CPU team members
- Communicate operational issues and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM | Monday
