If you're tired of unpredictable schedules and just want a solid, consistent daytime warehouse role, this one's for you. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse General Laborer to join a hands-on team in Indianapolis. You'll show up, do meaningful work, and leave at a reasonable hour every day.
What you'll earn- $21-$23/hour based on experience
- Consistent first shift schedule, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- A team environment where your work actually matters
- Stable, direct hire opportunity
- Receive incoming products and inspect for damage
- Return any damaged goods and document accordingly
- Record all received inventory in computer systems
- Pick, pull, and pack parts for shipping or storage
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and overall inventory management
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in the crate building and paint process
- Operate powered hand tools including chop saw and pneumatic nail gun
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to lift boxes of products regularly
- Comfortable using computers for inventory transactions, or willing to be trained
- Familiar with powered hand tools
- Experience with an electrostatic paint gun or system is a plus, but not required
- Able to report and be ready to work by 6:30 am
- Someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate and running smoothly
