Warehouse Inventory Control Cycle Counter

Position Overview

Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Cycle Counter / Warehouse Associate in Whitestown, Indiana.

Pay is $20.50 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Overtime is paid at $30.75 per hour. Schedule is Sunday‑Wednesday 4:30 pm‑2:30 am.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player able to work in a diverse environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual with a good attendance record
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• High initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Can lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Can stand for long periods
• Uses health and safety methods
• Available for a flexible schedule on various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Maintain performance measurement standards of the contract
• Accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
