Warehouse Worker
Join a dynamic team at a key distribution hub that plays an essential role in the logistics chain. Our facility in Fishers/Indianapolis serves as a critical link in receiving and distributing PVC piping from our manufacturing site. We are seeking a committed warehouse worker to contribute to the seamless operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities- Pull and prepare orders according to the shipping list.
- Build and shrink wrap pallets manually, and set them in designated areas near the dock.
- Create and affix shipping labels to outgoing shipments.
- Receive and unload inbound shipments using a forklift.
- Verify shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Store goods in designated warehouse areas.
- Pull stock for outbound shipments efficiently.
- Complete weekly inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Perform safety checks on forklifts and report any safety issues promptly.
- Experience with packing, picking, and general labor tasks.
- Proficient in material handling and forklift operation.
- Skilled in using RF scanners for inventory management.
- Capable of loading and unloading shipments safely.
- Attention to detail for accurate labeling.

- Nice to have - Previous forklift experience.

Work EnvironmentWork in a super small warehouse facility with a team of three employees. The position operates on the 1st shift from 8am to 5pm. The warehouse environment is compact, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
