Warehouse, Yard and Inventory

Mac Allister Machinery specializes in providing heavy equipment and machinery. We rent and sell established brands such as Caterpillar, Honda, Kubota and others.

Our success depends on the work done behind the scenes. We must maintain a well‑organized, high‑quality inventory across our branches in Indiana and Michigan, managing hundreds of vehicles, parts, and other machinery. To keep everything consistent with customer expectations, we need dedicated warehouse associates, inventory control specialists, yard supervisors, and coordinators.

• Yard jobs
  :
  These positions focus on managing outdoor vehicles and equipment. The work includes preparing equipment for arrival and departure, performing minor mechanical and visual inspections, cleaning, relocating, and refueling as necessary.
• Warehouse jobs
  :
  Working in warehouses primarily involves processing, receiving, packing, and shipping orders as required. The role includes moving cargo by hand and using machinery, which requires certain licensing qualifications.
• Inventory control
  :
  Inventory control workers keep accurate records of the status of incoming and outgoing products, review invoices, record purchases, maintain the database, and process pertinent documents and contracts.
