About the Role
Are you meticulous and proactive and ready to play a key role in supporting a leading pharmaceutical client? As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Working four 10‑hour shifts each week, you will enjoy a consistent 4‑on, 3‑off schedule that truly supports work‑life balance. In this vital role, you will manage all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strict compliance with industry standards. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to the safe and timely movement of critical pharmaceutical products.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Execute precise loading and unloading of finished materials, ensuring product integrity.
- Help pack and unpack shipments, including processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
- Safely operate spotter trucks and forklifts for efficient material handling.
- Responsibly set and pull 53ft trailers using a spotter truck (proficiency training provided; a CDL is not required as this role does not involve DOT regulated driving).
- Maintain clean and safe working environments; sweep and mop floors.
- Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
- Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
- Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills; ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
