Life Science Logistics - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and activities to meet productivity goals and operating objectives;
Coordinate new and current employee training on safety, SOPs, and warehouse procedures;
Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve shipping/receiving/inventory discrepancies;
Prepare work schedules including assignments, training, breaks, overtime, and coverage;
Review and address personnel issues and assist in process improvement plans
