We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced distribution environment and is committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve performance, quality, and productivity goals.
- Monitor workflow and staffing levels to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, on-time shipments, and labor efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Transportation teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process controls.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, D365/Axapta a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
