Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and load materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools.
• Organize the warehouse by moving materials to designated storage areas, ensuring easy access and efficient workflows.
• Ensure accurate inventory —label and place materials correctly according to inventory management procedures.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure everything is in order.
• Assist with shipping and receiving —inspect incoming materials, verify quantities, and ensure quality control.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying ways to boost warehouse efficiency.
• Keep the warehouse running smoothly by assisting with various warehouse tasks as needed.

Key

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience as a material handler, warehouse associate, or in a similar role.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• A basic understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking inventory.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
