Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Primary hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Applicants must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM as needed

We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse software systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, inventoried, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments according to customer and company requirements
• Create and verify shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers
• Verify shipping information to ensure accurate and on time deliveries
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and packing materials
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect products for damage and accuracy
• Unload deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders
• Record all incoming materials using inventory management software
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Drive a company box truck as needed
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Previous Shipping and Receiving experience is required
• Strong inventory management experience is required
• Experience using warehouse management systems, shipping software, or inventory control systems is required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to drive a box truck
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday

• Competitive starting pay of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
