Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
• Set up the warehouse with crossbeams, flow racks, and gravity racks to optimize storage.
• Pick, check, and pack customer orders according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle minor shipping tasks, including USPS First Class and Priority shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment—keeping egress routes clear and supporting warehouse sanitation.
• Downgrade stock by down-stocking aisles and breaking down cardboard for recycling.
• Receive incoming shipments, verifying product quantities, expiration dates, and matching against purchase orders.
• Organize inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and easily accessible; monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management.
• Prepare boxes and supplies for the following day's operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Return unused products to stock, ensuring orderliness.
• Perform warehouse cleaning, including sweeping and mopping, to uphold safety standards.
• Support additional duties as needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and inventory management is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
