Pay: $19/hour
What We’re Looking For2nd Shift 2PM-10:30 PM. Working days are Friday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. Warehouse experience preferred but not required. Able to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Reliable and willing to work scheduled shifts.
Crane Resolution Operators perform job duties in a warehouse setting and are expected to accomplish physically demanding work. The crane resolution operators will monitor all crane operations via computer screen to resolve pallet locations in error status.
Responsibilities includeThe primary objective of this role is to maintain maximum throughput and uptime for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). Operators will be responsible for monitoring crane operations on the warehouse floor, using computer systems to identify and resolve pallet location errors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor crane operations via computer screens, identifying and resolving any pallet location errors or system alerts
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to crane pickup and delivery to stations
- Inspect and remove any plastic, cardboard, or other debris from pallets that could interfere with crane functionality
- Collaborate with crane mechanics and maintenance teams to resolve ongoing operational issues
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the system, meeting both production and safety goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Travel around the warehouse on a three- or four-wheel buggy equipped with a laptop
- Use the EMS control center on the laptop to monitor crane status, identifying any error alerts (displayed in red)
- Review error descriptions and determine the cause of the issue with the crane
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to restore crane functionality
- Reset the crane via the EMS control center to bring it back into operation
* Please note this is not a travel position and you should live local to the site.

Qualifications RequiredEducation:
We believe that skills and experience are what truly matter. While education can be a valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement for success in this role.
Experience:
Prior experience as a warehouse associate is preferred Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.) Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)
Skills/Knowledge:
Good verbal/written communication skills Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication Willingness to work the required schedule Ability to speak and write English for effective communication. Basic math skills Attention to detail and ability to follow directions Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers, management, and customers Ability to work in a team environment
