Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Williamsport, IN for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Schedule is 1st shift - 8am-4:30pm. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will be paid $15 per hour but will go up once hired on. This is a contract-to-hire position. This company offers great benefits when hired on.

To receive, check and store incoming goods, providing appropriate paperwork and recognizing and locating all inventory items.

• Receiving raw materials, verifying quantity and commodity are correct
• Loading out going trucks
• Inventory checks
• Accurate paperwork
• Writing receiving reports and receipts
• Preparing well balanced and safe loads on trailers
• Cycle counts, organization and accuracy of inventory
• Yearly inventory count
• Maintaining good housekeeping practices
• Communication with internal and external individuals at all levels
• On time results
• Knowledge of work instructions and procedures
• Know and follow rules, methods, policies and procedures of the workplace
• Learn and follow ISO procedures for work instructions in this classification

• Previous experience
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
