Senior Inventory Operations Specialist

Shift Details:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Details:
Pay starting at $24.00 with potential for up to $29.00 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

• Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement.
• Controls inventory and order‑processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness.
• Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.
• Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs.
• Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.
• Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

• Knowledge in pharmacy adjudication.
• Knowledge in benefit usage balances, co‑pays, days of supply, and health insurance calculations.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

• Ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Ability to organize work, maintain accuracy, and attend to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
