Warehouse Order Selector

PFG Customized is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to pick, assemble, and stage food service orders for national restaurant and retail chains. In this fast-paced, safety-focused role, you'll use pallet jacks, voice/RF or label systems, and warehouse technology to accurately select products, build stable pallets, and prepare shipments. You'll follow rigorous safety and food safety standards, maintain a clean work area, meet accuracy and productivity goals, and collaborate with a team committed to reliability, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using voice, RF, or pick labels
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely to move product
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets for loading and shipment
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality against order documents
• Follow all safety, food safety, and cleanliness standards and procedures
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and performance targets in a fast-paced environment
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
• Communicate issues such as shortages, damages, or mis-picks to supervisors
• Assist with restocking, slotting, and general warehouse housekeeping
• Work cooperatively with team members and shift leads to meet customer schedules
