PFG Customized, a division of Performance Food Group, is seeking Warehouse Workers to support our fast-paced food service distribution operation. In this role, you'll accurately pick, pack, load, and unload products for national and regional restaurant and retail chains. Using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment, you'll help maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage food service products for outbound orders using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Load and unload trailers, verifying quantities and product integrity against documentation
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures, including proper handling of refrigerated and frozen items
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks after proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized aisles, racks, and work areas to support efficient, safe operations
- Conduct basic inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Work with supervisors and teammates to meet productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping goals
- Follow standard operating procedures and use warehouse technology systems for tracking and documentation
- Identify damaged or mis-picked product and follow established processes for resolution
- Support continuous improvement, participating in safety meetings and training as required
