We are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment where efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
- Prepare and load outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
- Track inventory, equipment, and assets to maintain accurate records.
- Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment.
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with barcode scanners and inventory-management software.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory control and asset-tracking experience.
- Experience supporting technical equipment or hardware environments.
- Experience in high-volume or rapidly growing operational environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with established safety guidelines.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment.
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000–$90,000 annually.
Specific compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role, work location, local labor-market conditions, and the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
