** What you'll be doing as a Material Handler Lead**  **:*
* + Pull products using order sheet or RF Scanner

+ Package products and stage for shipment

+ Perform merchandise scan-ins, and other required quality assurance steps that confirm the contents of each order while tracking inventory for the company

+ Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material

+ Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and follow all safety procedures

+ Lead and support Material Handlers in daily warehouse operations

+ Monitor workflow and assist in assigning tasks to ensure production goals are met

+ Provide guidance and training on warehouse processes, inventory procedures, and safety requirements

+ Assist with inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed

+ Communicate operational issues and team performance updates to warehouse management

+ Warehouse experience preferred, but not necessary

+ Previous experience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse team members preferred

+ Great dexterity and attention to detail

+ Ability to stand, lift and bend frequently, and meet production goals

+ Effective communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow and enforce safety procedures

+ Background check and drug test required
