Established law firm seeks Office Manager/Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will have experience in the wide range of financial functions with an immediate focus on billing, accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll, and a number of other duties.

The most competitive candidates will have considerable experience – five or more years – in legal billing procedures, including working knowledge of Juris Time & Billing or similar software; strong communication skills; a record of having served as a team player, as well as a team leader, in working with internal and external clients; exceptional technology skills, including extensive experience in Excel, Word, attention to detail;

and the ability to handle both required daily functions as well as more complex, long-range projects.
