Essential Job Functions:

Work with managers and other staff to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Work with vendors to resolve invoice problems.
Process invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Input invoices and payments into Entrata software.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable (or other applicable work) experience.
General knowledge of accounting methods and practices.
Strong computer skills in applicable accounts payable software.
Experience with Entrata a plus.
Experience with AVID preferred.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
