Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

• Process and manage invoices with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely collections

• Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding billing inquiries

• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies

• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, accounting, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an office setting
