Senior Accountant
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
(Full-Time, 100% In-Office | Indianapolis, IN)

- Opportunity to own key financial processes including fund accounting, endowment reporting, and financial statement preparation

- Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, and maintain general ledger integrity
- Oversee A/R, A/P, and cash flow processes including billing, collections, and vendor payments
- Manage fund accounting, endowment reporting, and inter-fund reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and ensure proper allocation of expenses across programs and grants
- Assist with audits, compliance, and preparation of reports for leadership, board, and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within nonprofit or fund accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Excel, and accounting systems
