Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Process invoices, payments, and carrier transactions (including EFS and Triumph Pay)

• Assist with monthly financial statements and reporting to leadership

• Support cash flow forecasting and monthly covenant reporting

• Contribute to audits, 1099 processing, and special projects
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2+ years of accounting experience

• Working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
