Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year

We are a growing company committed to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Position Summary
The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment processing
- Assist with payroll support and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Quick Books , Microsoft Excel , or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with payroll processing
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Experience in multi-entity or high-volume accounting environments
